The staff - nurses and doctors in this unit are superb. They are friendly, helpful and a lifeline. Cannot praise them enough. Warmer air in bone marrow room. Excellent team.

A. Prompt and efficient.
B. The opportunity to have the chemo drug ready once the patient confirms that he/she is on the way to the suite rather than the drug be ordered when the patient arrives.
